Captain Justin unfortunately had engine issues with his boat just a few days before our trip, but he quickly got us scheduled with another boat and captain so we did not have to reschedule. He was incredibly helpful with getting us a new trip setup on short notice. While we did not get to fish with Captain Justin, we had a great time and I would recommend him simply from his helpfulness on getting us set up on another boat so quickly!

I drove 1300 miles from Orlando, FL. And was well worth it. Capt Justin and his assistant Capt Mike, gave us exactly what he sold. Two fantastic days on the water, with these young Seasoned captains. Their knowledge of the area, the fish, the water, the wind. It was magic. If it wasn't working both captains would change things up and we were on fish again. We took home at least 60-80lbs of cleaned, filets. These two are the real deal. A must charter!

My Grandson and I had a wonderful ice fishing trip with Captain Justin. We caught walleye and perch. Captain Justin is great at educating young anglers and, even after almost 60 years of fishing myself, I learn new and useful information every time that makes me a better fisherman.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. He explained everything we wanted to know about ice fishing. Answered all questions that we could think of and provided an exceptional experience for all our fishing levels. Modern fishing equipment and warm tent that kept us happy throughout the day even though It was -15 degrees. Can’t wait to go on his charter boat in the summer.

Captain Justin at Over the Rail was absolutely outstanding! We were a party of 5 adults and Justin worked tirelessly for 8 hours straight to make sure we had the best Salmon fishing trip ever. From the first minute to the last, Justin worked at keeping the rigs loaded, changed lures and bait as needed, monitored our location to find the best spots for fish and gave us non stop narrative and information that was both informative and helpful. We ended up landing 2 HUGE King Salmon, a huge Steelhead, and 5 medium King Salmon!!! We had the best take of the day and brought home a big cooler full of deliciousness. Justin runs a great, one man operation and we would highly recommend him for your trip.
